Over the past 20 years, Robert has completed more than 23 HR Tech implementations from ERP systems like Oracle and SAP to intranets and pulse survey systems. He has led the People and Culture function on 4 continents, in 7 different industries, and in organisations ranging from a 30 person technology startup to a 12,000 person public-traded multinational construction company. Some of the projects I’ve helped bring to life via leading HR include the Palm Island, Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, Snake Island Free Zone in Lagos, and changing the way 1 billion in Asia consume entertainment.
Today, as a full-stack HR leader, HR Tech Advisor, and University Lecturer, Robert continues his mission to help “make companies and HR work better for everyone: Employees, Managers, Organisations, and Communities.”
